How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

Can I track my order?

We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.

If your order is being sent by a traceable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we send you.

Do you deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?

Yes; however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.

Where does my order ship from?

Our fulfilment partners each manufacture specific products and service particular parts of the world. We ensure your goodies will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!

When Will My Order Ship?

All of our items are made to order using direct-to-garment technology. This means that there is generally about a 72 hour period from the time your order is placed until we freshly print your items and then ship them out. We can't guarantee this time frame, but it is what we constantly strive for so that you can get your order as soon as possible! We cannot guarantee an exact ship date or a specific shipping time.

How Does Your Shipping Work?

Domestic: We ship all of our orders through USPS. Most of our packages are shipped out First Class Mail and are delivered within 10 days. If your order contains 2+ items, it will most likely be shipped out with Priority Mail which will make it to you in 5-8 days. Shipping for domestic orders has a base rate of $4.99 to $6.99.

International: We offer international shipping anywhere in the world! We send out packages through USPS who then hands off the package to the local government run mail service. International packages are shipping via First Class Mail and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping to the rest of the world is from $12.99 to $14.99. 

*We are not responsible for any extra customs fees or tariffs you may have to pay. Please check with your local mail service to get a better sense of fees that you may be charged prior to delivery.

Can I Get Expedited Shipping?

At this time we offer an expedited service for Domestic Shipping. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can't guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because all of our products are freshly made to order.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept And Is The Site Secure?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.

What Happens If I Typed My Address In Wrong?

If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don't send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.

Can I Edit An Order I Just Placed?

We can usually adjust an order up to 12 hours after it has been placed. Send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to support@sweetfamilygift.com. Someone will get back to you within 12 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

How Come The Coupon I Found On Another Site Doesn't Work?

If you've found a coupon code on a site other than ours, most likely it's fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Check out our coupon page for details.

Returns Policy

Can I Cancel My Order?

Since we are a direct-to-garment printer with your personalized information, we custom print each item based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items. If you email us within 12 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it. 

Returns Policy

Not in love with your new purchase? (That smell is a byproduct of the printing process. We swear it’s temporary.). We can not accept returns or exchanges any "right" custom products. We will only accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

• ✔ We sent the wrong style, color, or size which you ordered
• ✔ Return within 30 days
• ✔ Return with proof of purchase
• ✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
• ✔ Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns
• ✔ Returns must be made within the country of purchase
• ✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
• ✔ We sent the wrong case or skin style which you ordered

For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the item, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we’ll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Original condition is considered as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odours of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can the refund be sent to a different card or account?
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you. 

How long will the refund take?

It depends on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual time frames. What if that account and/or card has been cancelled?
You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.
